Find the knot, place both hands around it, hold on, sway if you must, but DO NOT let go. Hold on to your:

– Strength
– Patience
– Endurance
– Determination
– Praise and Worship
Move ONLY when you have felt the nudging of the spirit/universe or have heard the still quiet voice of God. Watch him work! He certainly will! Remember those footprints in the sand? Deuteronomy 1:30-31
